Why Stylish Homes
When looking around the area for ideas, we had noticed a number of Stylish home builds that we liked the style of.
Planning
We arranged a meeting with Rex to discuss what we were looking to build on our recently purchased section. After a visit to site and a few sketch drawings, Rex quickly understood the brief and with his experience was able to put a floor plan together that both suited the site and our needs.
We were also keen to get up to Mangawhai as soon as possible, Stylish were flexible enough to arrange for the building of our garage/sleepout first so we had use of this for xmas which was great.
Costings/Budget
The costings and contracts were well documented with no surprises
The Build
We can't say enough about the build team. Josh and his building crew did an excellent job with Ralph, Troy and Rex always available if required. We were initially apprehensive about not being on site regularly to check on things, but soon found that every visit showed things were progressing as expected with no issues.
Timing
The timing and speed of the build was excellent. Rex went out of his way to ensure we were in the house by the dates planned. We even got in a bit early!
The Experience
This was our first new home build and we are extremely happy with our choice to build with stylish homes. It was great to be able to take our Vision and Stylish Homes ideas and experience to build a unique house that suits both us and the land we built on. Well done team.
